Beginners Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga course in Dublin city centre progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning.She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Dublin, Ireland at the Yoga Room in Ballsbridge in 2012.Practicing yoga since 2010 with teachers in Lebanon, Germany and Ireland, she brings a mix of styles into the practice inspired by ashtanga, vinyasa, iyengar, yin, buddhist meditation and also jazz dance and functional movement.

Vinyasa yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through poses in a dynamic, athletic way.
